Your Retreat or Wedding at EarthJOY Treehouse Village gives you the exclusive use of our entire 200 acres & magical trails.

Our property is

home to three beautiful treehouses as well as an old farmhouse and tobacco barn. One built by the famous treehouse master– Pete Nelson, known for Kentucky Climber’s Cottage. In 2017, Canopy King’s built our 2nd treehouse, the Aliyah. Finally just this year as of April 2019, my husband Bill built our 3rd Treehouse, the Old Hickory 11 11.

What makes us unique?

We offer three treehouses, and a renovated farmhouse for overnight stays. Best of you have privateall  access to our 200 acres that involve many hiking trails, ponds, tree climbing classes (See “Ad-Ons”) and more!

You have three  packages to choose from ranging from we will do everything to a weekday whereas you do most of the planning.

We have created a  list of local photographers, wedding planners, caterers and others that will come to our venue.

Your Ceremony

Most couples get married in the Pete Nelson treehouse, but we also offer other choices.

We have a maximum number of 150 guests for the, “White Oak” & the, “Willow.” For the, “Red Wood” the maximum number of guests permitted is 200 that may attend, including the couple.

Depending on the package, an ordained minister is included.

If you choose us to ordain your wedding, prior to your wedding, we will arrange a date for a, “get to know interview” either by phone or at the property to help write your ceremony and vows.

After the write-up, it will be emailed to you for review & changes. We will do a quick rehearsal on the day of your ceremony.

Held under the sunset pavilion, black rod iron seating, tables & linens are included.

We do not supply alcohol, so if you choose to bring your own, we REQUIRE that you arrange for a licensed bartender to serve your guests & have liquor liability insurance.

For food & catering you can make your own with the use of our kitchen in the farmhouse & inside the pavilion where we have an outdoor grille. In the past, people have used crockpots & guests coming to the wedding, supplied a side dish.

Otherwise, you can arrange for your own caterer. We have listed a couple under “Vendors.”
