The One Perfect Package — “The Red Wood”

Are you a lover of outside? This is Your Wedding Package! Here is what is included...

Venue from 1:30 on Friday to Sunday at noon

Spend the entire weekend celebrating. You will have 2 Nights, 3 Day Stay


Unique Treehouse, Over-Night Stay

What makes us unique is this is an OVER-NIGHT STAY FOR UP TO 30 GUEST IN 3 TREEHOUSES and the farmhouse. You get three days and two nights to take your time setting up and ENJOY an entire weekend wedding!!

“Pete Nelson,” Treehouse

Sleeps 4 — 6 Guests. Recommended for 2 adults and 3 small children. Has King and pull down twin sofa

“Aliyah,” Treehouse

Sleeps 6  Guests . Recommended for 4 adults and two kids. Has two full and twin 

“Old Hickory 11 11,” Treehouse

Sleeps 6  Guests. Recommended for 2 adults and 4 kids. Has queen, full and twin

The Farm House

Sleeps Up to 12 Guests. recommended for 4 families. Each bedroom has a bunk bed full on bottom..twin on top.


Farmhouse has a kitchen, living room and brides room.

Three bathrooms

Three bathrooms with showers, toilets and sinks.

Two port a lets strategically placed

Since we are on septic during the reception we recommend your wedding guests to use the port a lets strategically placed for aesthetics


Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony & Reception Duration

1:30 PM — 10:00 PM


*Up to 30 guests can stay overnight at this outdoor wedding venue. The remaining guests must leave by 12:00 PM

Early Setup

You can set up the farmhouse venue as early as 9:00am.

30 X 30. Seating options available. Combo of  long tables, rod iron tables and metal chairs and rod iron chairs.

Provided Seating

A wedding venue package for 125 Guests. Near Maysville, Lexington and Cincinnati . For additional guests, you will personally need to arrange for your own tent rental. 150 if Covid lifted. If more than 150 you would be required to rent a tent 30x30 at your expense. Plus two additional port a potties

Parking Attendants

This would be a designated time, up to one hour prior to guests arriving.

ONE NIGHT IN ANY TREEHOUSE PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY

After deposit and Included in this package is one night in any tree house prior to your wedding for planning purposes. You can bring two other guests. We will meet you again to show you around


Add-Ons

Ordained Minister

Additional cost $500.00

A wedding venue where you can be married by one of our ordained ministers. This is a 10 hour service and requires pre-meeting, write up, presence at the ceremony & guidance on obtaining marriage license.

Extra Night

Additional cost $1000.00

Add on an extra night for only $1000.00.

Tree Climb, Pre-Wedding Bond

Additional cost $490.00

Limit to 10 Climbers

Wedding Coordinator

INCLUDED $1000.00 value

Included in your package. On site for your Wedding Day coordination. Available for questions about your venue and recommendations for catering and photography 



Bartender

1 Bartender $600.00

Please Note: You may need to hire additional bartender according to your guest list


Number of Guests Per Bartender Ratio:

1-60 Guests = 1 Bartender + 1  Helper Max 4 hours

60-100 Guests = 2 Bartenders + 1  Helper


Cost of Bartenders Services:

$200/hr + Tip Jar  or... (min 4 hours)

$250/hr - No Tip Jar

**Redwood does not include food, or music. We have long table and chair set up or black rod iron table and chair set up. If you want something different you would need to rent. See our preferred vendor list


**$1000.00 non-refundable deposit check or credit card. 6 month cancellation policy. Balance in payments. $350.00 cc processing fee if you choose credit card.

Limitations

Use of our preferred vendors is highly recommended.


In our “Vendors“ list, we have suggested an Event Planner for your use.  She is experienced with our property. Otherwise you will be personally responsible for finding an outside Event Planner as well as arranging the entire setup of your event.
