This package is the weekend wedding Max 150 under pavilion.

A destination in which you can have a special one-of-a-kind ceremony like a handfasting ceremony outside in nature. We are located 60 mins from downtown Cincinnati Ohio. You can have up to 150 guests day** of the reception and up to 20 of your closest can stay overnight. The other guests can secure their accommodations in Maysville Ky or Augusta Ky. ***Please take note that the under roof pavilion seats 150 comfortably after that you would need to rent a tent.

Wedding Weekend includes the following

Accommodations FOR UP TO 20 overnight GUEST IN 3 TREEHOUSES and the farmhouse. Put together the perfect handfasting ceremony or your own uniquely ceremony outside in nature. You have 3 tree houses, tiny home love bus and farmhouse with pavilion PLUS 285 acres of trails to explore located in Brooksville Ky 60 mins from downtown Cincinnati Ohio Friday starting at 3PM until Sunday at noon (45hours)

The “Pete ” Treehouse

Sleeps 4 — 6 Guests. Recommended for bride and groom. Has king size bed. Located 20 mins from Maysville Ky and 60 mins from downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The Pete has also been used for the ceremony.

“Aliyah” Treehouse

Sleeps 6 Guests . Recommended for 2 adults and two-four kids. Has two full and twin Located near Lexington Ky in Brooksville Ky

“Hickory ” Treehouse

Sleeps 6 Guests. Recommended for 2 adults and 4 kids. Has queen, full and twin or for your handfasting ceremony outside in nature

The Farm House

Sleeps 8-12 only for Saturday night guests who have drank too much.

Farmhouse has a kitchen, dining room and brides room with four bedrooms bunk-style. Perfect for weekend destination for your wedding. It has One bathroom

Ceremony & Reception Duration

You can arrive as early as 3PM on Friday of your rehearsal night to begin your set up on pavilion. Friday night is dress rehearsal and dinner for bridal and parents.

*Up to 20 guests (number varies depending on shared beds) can stay overnight at this outdoor wedding venue. The remaining guests must leave by 12:00 PM and can stay in Maysville Ky located 20 mins from EarthJOY

Early Setup

You can set up the farmhouse venue as early as 130PM on Friday of your wedding weekend.

Bar in log cabin

30 X 30. 4 electrical outlets. Two serving areas plus bar. It also includes 100 gallon rubbermaid tank for ice and drinks.

Stage & Dance Area

16 X 20 all wood dance floor. Band sets up to the left of the dance floor above.

Reception Area

A outdoor wedding venue package for 150 Guests. IIF you have more than 150 guests we recommend you to reserve a tent 30x30 at your expense. Plus two port a potties

Part of this package is a ONE NIGHT stay IN ANY TREEHOUSE PRIOR TO YOUR WED

After deposit and Included is one night in any tree house prior to your wedding for planning purposes (check in 4PM and check out 11AM). You can bring two other guests. This day also includes going over all vendor coordination of the day for your wedding coordinator.

Your Wedding PLANNERS

All planners of wedding will be added to group email. The group email includes everyone you would like to be part of planning process.

For privacy of the couple we do not reply to communications outside this email to anyone other than the couple

You are responsible to schedule the planner on your dedicated one day planning day/night prior to your wedding day. If for some reason they need extra time on the property they can add on a personal consultation 2 hour day fee at $250.00 an hour

Ordained Minister

$1000.00

A wedding weekend destination venue where you can be married by one of our ordained ministers. They are experienced in handfasting ceremony outside in nature. This is a 10 hour service and requires pre-meeting, write up, rehearsal and ceremony plus guidance on obtaining marriage license.

Extra Night

$2000.00

Add on an extra night that includes all accommodations for only $2000.00.
