From the treehouse deck of the Pete Nelson treehouse, the forest or mountaintop we have the perfect ceremony space for you..
We have a maximum number of 50 seats under the pavilion.
We do not supply alcohol, so if you choose to bring your own, we REQUIRE that you arrange for a licensed bartender to serve your guests & have liquor liability insurance.
For food & catering you can make your own with the use of our kitchen in the farmhouse & inside the pavilion where we have an outdoor grille. In the past, people have used crockpots & guests coming to the wedding, supplied a side dish.
Otherwise, you can arrange for your own caterer. We have listed a couple under “Vendors.”

You can add early or late check out for $200 a piece of 130
No more than 20-30 adults/children MAX permitted to stay overnight including children! We can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to 20 -30 guests as long as people are willing to share beds.
Guests that are NOT affiliated with staying over-night must depart the premises by 12:00 p.m.
However, by 11:00 p.m. the music must be turned off.
As far as the remaining guests that are staying the night, you are more than welcome to enjoy and take-in the remaining time quietly.
We ask that you then quietly retreat to your designated treehouse until morning.

No children under 18, under any circumstances, can be left unsupervised at ANY TIME. This agreement will be noted in the Waiver that we require you to sign.
Your are required to have liquor liability insurance included, in your special events insurance.
You are responsible for ALL guests & will be sent a waiver liability to sign.
